• How can I import a firmware update?

  Download the latest firmware of the device from our download area below. Then open the web browser of the device in which you want to renew the firmware. Go to the “Maintenance” tab and click on “Choose File”. Select your downloaded firmware and click on “Upload”.

  Important: All settings remain the same as before the firmware update. With our reliable monitoring systems, no power port is switched.

• Which protocols can you use to control our GUDE rack monitoring and remote I/O systems and query the measured values?

  Our self-developed and high-quality software uses the following protocols: REST API, JSON, http/https, SNMP, Modbus TCP, Telnet and MQTT. You can find an overview here.

  With the following Wikipedia texts you can control our PDUs and query our measured values via http/JSON:

  – Measured values
  For control and query of measured values using the other protocols (command line, Modbus TCP and Telnet) please look into the manual of the respective GUDE product. For MIB tables please refer to our download area of the respective GUDE product.

  Additionally, we have drivers for PRTG, Nagios, Icinga and other monitoring vendors.
