What you will do with us

• Overall responsibility for the operational business areas, particularly production, logistics, and the supply chain
• Management and continuous optimization of all operational processes
• Leadership and development of managers
• Ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery throughout the entire value chain
• Development and implementation of strategies for the company’s growth
• Analysis of key performance indicators and derivation of concrete measures to increase performance
• Responsibility for budget planning and control in the operational area

What you bring to the table

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a leadership position, ideally in the operational environment of a technology-oriented company
• A completed degree, e.g., in industrial engineering, business administration, production engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on processes
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Interest in technology and IT
• Very good German and English language skills
