GUDE is committed to ensuring that all data collected through our connected products and related services is treated fairly, lawfully, and securely. We place great importance on full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/2854, the EU Data Act, which came into force on September 12, 2025.

The following information about the EU Data Act is intended to inform users about the types of data that may be generated by our products and services. If GUDE acts as a data controller for the data generated by our products or services in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, we explain

• how this data is used,
• what rights and obligations users have with regard to this data,
• how they can access their data, and
• who they can contact in the event of complaints.
