GUDE signs distribution agreement with Special-Elektronik

GUDE expands its business and signs a distribution agreement with Special-Elektronik in Karlstad, Sweden. The agreement means that Special-Elektronik will distribute GUDE’s products in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Special-Elektronik is a leading distributor of IT and AV (audio/video) products in the Nordic region. The system provider was founded in 1970 and has made a name for itself with its solution-oriented project consulting. GUDE offers high-quality products and solutions for powering and monitoring IT/AV installations to ensure operation in network, server and media racks. These can be used in various environments e.g. corporate conference rooms, smart homes, digital signage environments and data centers.

Many companies want to monitor their customers' systems so they can provide support more quickly when problems arise. An active PDU is an essential part of such a system. We are therefore pleased to be able to offer GUDE's products to our system customers," says Åke Larsson, CEO of Special-Elektronik.

GUDE’s products integrate seamlessly with solutions from other manufacturers such as Crestron and Domotz. In the Crestron control system, it is possible to control and manage the PDU sockets and read the sensors connected to the device. In the Domotz monitoring platform, it is possible to monitor and manage the PDUs remotely in the same interface as all other networked devices (single pane of glass).
