Digitalisation Manager (m/f/d)

You will actively drive forward the digital transformation as part of GUDE Systems’ IT strategy. In doing so, you will integrate IT infrastructure, business processes and modern technologies to create efficient, scalable solutions. The focus is on expanding our ERP systems, integrating cloud and AI solutions, and ensuring the structured documentation and optimisation of internal processes.

What you will do with us

• Planning, managing and implementing digitalisation projects within the company
• Further developing and integrating our ERP system into existing workflows
• Introducing and expanding cloud solutions
• Identifying and implementing AI-supported optimisation potential
• Analysing, modelling and documenting business processes
• Developing and implementing new digital processes in close collaboration with the business departments
• Supporting the further development of the IT infrastructure and system landscape

What you bring with you

• Degree in (Business) Information Technology or equivalent training
• Several years’ experience in IT or digitalisation projects
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAGE100
• Strong communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Knowledge of virtualisation and server hardware
• Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection
