On the very first day of the AV trade show InfoComm 2025 in Orlando, USA, GUDE Systems received a prestigious award: The new Power Distribution Unit Expert Power Control 8291-2 was honored with the CI BEST Award by the U.S. trade publication Commercial Integrator.

The award annually recognizes the best products for the professional AV market across various categories. GUDE’s 21-port power solution was recognized in the highly competitive category “Power Conditioning, Surge Suppression & Energy Solutions.”

The Expert Power Control 8291-2 is designed for continuous professional operation and, like all GUDE products, is developed and manufactured entirely in Germany. The switched power strip features both AC and DC outputs. The DC outputs are equipped with measurement functionality, allowing the monitoring of parameters such as current and voltage.
